Onboarding works best when identity, role, aircraft access, and qualifications are reviewed together.

  1. 1

    Add or invite the person

Enter the member’s name and verified email. If preserving older records, stage the historical identity first so prior reservations and expenses can be linked.

  2. 2

    Assign the partnership role

Use Owner/Admin only for people responsible for configuration and access. Use Maintenance Manager for authorized maintenance coordination and Partner/Member for ordinary operations.

  3. 3

    Review every aircraft

Set no access, view only, or schedule and fly as appropriate. Review maintenance-management permission separately.

  4. 4

    Add instructor and qualification context

Mark approved instructors and configure qualification requirements or verified currency overrides only after checking the partnership’s source documentation.

  5. 5

    Send and verify

The invitation must be accepted by an account using the same email address. Revoke stale or incorrect invitations.
