1. Use the Service lawfully and safely
Do not use AirplaneHQ to violate law, regulation, court order, contract, intellectual-property right, privacy right, or aviation requirement. Do not use the Service to conceal unsafe aircraft condition, falsify maintenance or flight information, misrepresent qualifications, evade required records, or facilitate unlawful operation.
2. Respect authorization and tenant boundaries
- Do not access or attempt to access an account, partnership, aircraft, document, token, calendar feed, or storage object without authorization.
- Do not share accounts or use another person’s credentials.
- Do not bypass roles, aircraft access, visibility controls, qualification checks, or administrative restrictions.
- Do not retain or disclose information after authorization ends except where lawfully entitled.
3. Protect personal and sensitive information
Upload only information the Customer is authorized to process and that is reasonably necessary for partnership operations. Do not upload complete payment-card credentials, account passwords, cloud keys, government authentication secrets, medical records unrelated to an authorized need, or unlawfully obtained personal information.
4. Do not harm the Service
- No malware, ransomware, destructive payloads, or content designed to exploit parsers, image processing, PDFs, browsers, or devices.
- No denial-of-service activity, excessive automated requests, resource exhaustion, or interference with another user.
- No vulnerability scanning, penetration testing, or automated security testing without prior written authorization.
- No circumvention of rate limits, storage limits, access controls, or provider restrictions.
- No reverse engineering or source extraction except to the limited extent non-waivable law permits.
5. Do not abuse communications
Do not use invitations, email, push, notes, comments, or notifications for spam, harassment, threats, deception, unlawful discrimination, or unrelated commercial solicitation. Partnership administrators must invite only people they are authorized to contact.
6. Respect intellectual property
Do not upload or distribute manuals, charts, software, photographs, records, or other material without the rights needed for the partnership’s use. AirplaneHQ may respond to valid infringement notices and remove or restrict material as required.
7. API and automation
Use API tokens only for authorized AirplaneHQ clients and integrations. Protect tokens, respect documented behavior and limits, avoid polling that degrades service, and stop automation promptly when it produces erroneous or destructive writes.
8. Enforcement
AirplaneHQ may investigate suspected violations, preserve relevant evidence, remove content, limit functionality, suspend access, or terminate accounts. When practical and safe, AirplaneHQ will provide notice and an opportunity to correct the issue. Serious or repeated violations may be reported to the Customer, affected parties, providers, or authorities where legally appropriate.
