Offboard a member safely

Offboarding should stop active access quickly while preserving the partnership’s historical record and ownership continuity.

   Confirm ownership continuity

   If the person is the last active owner, add or transfer ownership before removal.

   Review open responsibilities

   Reassign squawks, projects, maintenance coordination, future reservations, and unresolved expenses.

   Move to former members

   Use the supported member-removal action. This disables active membership while retaining history.

   Review aircraft and document access

   Confirm no active access remains and revoke pending invitations or exposed private links where applicable.

   Settle and export as required

   Resolve financial balances and provide authorized records according to the partnership agreement and policy.
