Aircraft access should match what the person needs to see and do today—not what they might need eventually.

  1. 1

    Open the member access matrix

Choose the member and review each active and archived aircraft separately.

  2. 2

    Set visibility and operation

Use no access when the aircraft should remain hidden, view only for awareness, and schedule/fly only when operating access is appropriate.

  3. 3

    Review maintenance authority

Grant maintenance-management permission separately to authorized people.

  4. 4

    Review qualification context

Check required qualifications, recent-flight currency, and any owner override supported by external verification.

  5. 5

    Retest after changes

Confirm navigation, scheduling, documents, maintenance, and reporting behave as intended for that member.
