Configure instructors and qualifications

AirplaneHQ can coordinate instructor availability and qualification context, but the partnership must define and verify the underlying standards.

   Identify approved instructors

   Owners mark eligible members as instructors and maintain their active partnership and aircraft access.

   Configure instructor availability

   Record availability windows and review timezone behavior.

   Define aircraft qualification rules

   Set the applicable requirements and recent-flight currency logic for each aircraft.

   Use overrides sparingly

   An owner may enter a verified current-through date when the qualification was established outside AirplaneHQ. Record only what has been independently confirmed.

   Select the instructor during booking

   When instruction is required, choose an eligible and available instructor and resolve any schedule conflict.
