The post-flight log closes the operational handoff and helps keep aircraft time, consumption, and discrepancies current.

  1. 1

    Open the completed reservation

Use the post-flight prompt or flight-log workflow for the applicable reservation and aircraft.

  2. 2

Enter accurate flight and meter details

Record flight date, destination, tach/Hobbs values, flight time, fuel, and oil fields used by the partnership. Resolve meter validation instead of estimating around it.

  3. 3

    Report a discrepancy

Add a squawk when the flight revealed an aircraft issue. Choose severity carefully and write an objective description.

  4. 4

    Review before saving

Meter changes can affect maintenance status and reporting. Confirm units and decimal placement.

  5. 5

    Correct promptly

Authorized users can edit an incorrect flight log while preserving the related operational context.
