Reporting converts recorded activity into operational questions; it does not improve incomplete source data.

  1. 1

    Choose the report and scope

Select date range, aircraft, member, category, or other available filters.

  2. 2

    Inspect totals and detail

Move from summary cards and charts into the underlying records before drawing conclusions.

  3. 3

    Compare like with like

Account for missing flight logs, changing member rosters, aircraft downtime, and incomplete historical imports.

  4. 4

    Export expense detail

Use CSV for independent analysis, bookkeeping, or professional review and protect the exported personal and financial information.

  5. 5

    Correct the source

When a report exposes an error, update the authorized source record rather than editing an exported total.
