Period close preserves a reviewed financial boundary and keeps later activity from silently changing the settled history.

  1. 1

    Choose the end date

Use the partnership’s agreed accounting cadence and confirm the prior period boundary.

  2. 2

    Resolve pending entries

Confirm or remove pending recurring expenses and correct incomplete payer, participant, receipt, or paid-through information.

  3. 3

    Review balances and settlements

Ensure expected payments were recorded and remaining balances are understood.

  4. 4

    Export when required

Save the CSV or reports needed for the partnership’s records or professional review.

  5. 5

    Close the period

Confirm the action only after review. New activity belongs after the closed-through date.
