The document library organizes partnership and aircraft records while preserving access controls and workflow connections.

  1. 1

    Choose scope before upload

Select partnership or the correct aircraft. Standard aircraft folders include Manuals, Logbooks, Weight & Balance, Maintenance, and Insurance.

  2. 2

Use a durable filename and metadata

Include a recognizable subject and date. Add category, description, tags, effective or expiration dates, vendor, and other structured fields where useful.

  3. 3

    Choose visibility deliberately

Confirm which members can view the source, especially for identity, financial, insurance, or sensitive maintenance material.

  4. 4

    Connect the record

Attach the document through the maintenance, event, expense, project, or logbook workflow when that relationship matters.

  5. 5

    Use search and smart folders

Filter by aircraft, folder, category, tags, metadata, source, and archival state instead of duplicating files.
