Digital logbooks preserve original uploads and require explicit page review before imported material enters the active in-app logbook.

  1. 1

    Create the logbook

Choose the aircraft, logbook type, name, description, and date range where known.

  2. 2

    Upload a supported source

Upload the PDF or image source. The original becomes an aircraft document and the import is queued for page processing.

  3. 3

    Wait for the review tray

Do not re-upload immediately when processing takes time. Check import status and retry only when the workflow reports failure.

  4. 4

    Review every staged page

Preview, rotate, reorder, remove duplicates or blanks, and choose the insertion position.

  5. 5

    Commit reviewed pages

Add the approved pages in one transaction. Only committed pages appear in export and proceed to OCR/intelligence.

  6. 6

    Preserve the original

Keep the source upload and required physical or official record independently.
