Components track installed equipment and service context; projects organize proposed or ongoing improvements.

   Create the component record

   Enter type, manufacturer, model, serial and part number, installation data, status, condition, and the source for each value.

   Configure service context

   Add applicable time limits, service hours, overhaul context, manual references, and linked maintenance requirements.

   Create projects for non-routine work

   Use a clear goal, status, priority, target date, estimate, and aircraft assignment.

   Coordinate transparently

   Members can vote, discuss, attach files, and follow status without turning informal consensus into maintenance approval.

   Close or archive accurately

   Preserve final decisions, documents, and outcomes when the component changes or project ends.
