A requirement describes recurring or one-time work and the limits AirplaneHQ should track.

  1. 1

    Name and classify the work

Use a recognizable title, action type, category, reference code, and description grounded in the partnership’s source material.

  2. 2

    Choose the limit

Configure calendar date, meter hours, or both. Confirm the correct meter and any end-of-month behavior.

  3. 3

    Connect context

Link a component, typical maintenance event, standard AVIATES item, manual reference, or current work documents where applicable.

  4. 4

    Set notification behavior

Opt the item into notifications only after partnership warning windows and recipients are understood.

  5. 5

Verify the first calculated due value

Compare the result with authoritative maintenance records before relying on the tracker.
