Configure maintenance notifications

Maintenance notifications combine partnership warning windows, requirement opt-in, current access, and due-cycle state.

   Set partnership warning windows

   Choose coming-due calendar days and meter hours in Admin settings.

   Opt in each requirement

   Enable notifications only for items where the alert is meaningful and the due configuration has been verified.

   Review recipient access

   Only active eligible members with access to the aircraft should receive the applicable notice.

   Understand once-per-cycle behavior

   Coming-due and past-due notices are generated once per due cycle rather than on every scheduler run.

   Test preferences

   Confirm in-app, email, and push settings with a non-critical test before relying on delivery.
