A maintenance event coordinates a visit or body of work across requirements, squawks, documents, people, and outcomes.

  1. 1

    Create the event

Choose the aircraft, status, planned or actual dates, vendor, technician, and an informative title.

  2. 2

    Add work scope

Connect maintenance requirements and candidate squawks. Confirm that inclusion reflects the intended work, not presumed completion.

  3. 3

    Attach working documents

Add estimates, work orders, correspondence, invoices, and other records with appropriate visibility.

  4. 4

    Record activity and outcomes

Update status, notes, dates, and event outcomes as facts become known.

  5. 5

    Complete individual requirements correctly

A closed event does not by itself prove every connected requirement complete. Record supported completions individually.
