Aircraft identity and current meter time drive scheduling context, maintenance calculations, reporting, and record organization.

Enter aircraft identity
Add the tail number, make, model, year, serial number, and other known identity fields. Verify them against authoritative aircraft records.

Record current meters
Enter current tach and Hobbs values when used. Establish who updates each meter and when.

Set availability and booking limits
Review operational status, reservation duration, advance-booking rules, buffers, and any aircraft-specific scheduling constraints.

Configure qualifications and access
Define qualification rules, then review each member’s aircraft access and any maintenance-management authority.

Create the records baseline
Upload current manuals, weight and balance, insurance, maintenance, and logbook source material into the standard aircraft folders.
