AirplaneHQ brings the partnership’s operating context into one place. Before entering data, understand what the system can coordinate—and what still requires independent verification.

  1. 1

    Choose the active partnership

Use the partnership switcher when your account belongs to more than one group. Every aircraft, reservation, record, expense, and permission is scoped to the active partnership.

  2. 2

Read the dashboard as a handoff

The dashboard summarizes upcoming reservations, active flying, missing post-flight logs, aircraft status, recent activity, and work requiring attention. Follow the underlying record before acting.

  3. 3

    Know your role

Owners administer settings and access. Maintenance managers coordinate authorized aircraft-health workflows. Members schedule and operate within their assigned access. An owner can grant more specific authority per aircraft.

  4. 4

Keep the source of truth intact

Attach evidence and maintain accurate meter time, but preserve all legally required original records outside the application as appropriate.
