Recurring reservations are useful for training and predictable travel, but they multiply mistakes as easily as they multiply valid bookings.

  1. 1

    Create the first occurrence

Choose representative start and end times, aircraft, purpose, and any instructor.

  2. 2

    Choose recurrence deliberately

Select the supported cadence and end condition. Avoid an unnecessarily long series.

  3. 3

    Review validation across the series

A later occurrence may conflict even when the first does not. Read the generated schedule and validation feedback.

  4. 4

Edit or cancel with scope in mind

Confirm whether the action affects one occurrence or linked future activity, based on the workflow presented.
