The native app provides authenticated partnership workflows with device integrations such as push, Photos, Files, Quick Look, sharing, and Apple Calendar.

    Sign in to the correct server

    Use the same account as the web application and verify the expected partnership appears.

    Choose the active partnership

    Switch partnership before creating or changing aircraft-specific data.

  3. 3

    Enable push deliberately

    Allow iOS notifications, then choose event and channel preferences in AirplaneHQ.

  4. 4

    Upload from the appropriate source

    Use Camera, Photos, or Files only for records you are authorized to place in the partnership.

    Use native handoffs

    Preview through Quick Look, export through the share sheet, and open the private webcal feed in Apple Calendar.
